The No Money No Time team at the University of Newcastle are launching Take 2, a FREE online 6-week healthy eating challenge, starting Monday 1st September. Take 2 will help you build healthy eating habits with easy, practical, and evidence-based ideas from our expert nutrition team. 

Take 2 is all about making small, meaningful changes that fit your lifestyle. Here are a few ways to Take 2: 

  • Take 2 minutes to write a healthy eating goal  
  • Take 2 serves of fruit to work each day  
  • Try 2 new No Money No Time recipes this week  

Each week, you’ll receive emails with hand-picked resources – including recipes, podcasts, blogs, and other practical tools that will help you: 

🍽️ Plan and prep easy, budget-friendly healthy meals using everyday ingredients and pantry staples  

🥦 Eat better, feel better, and get healthy with information on healthy eating and why 

👨‍🍳 Master key cooking skills and learn how to give your favourite recipes a healthy, yum makeover
