What participants are saying
“I’m sticking with the challenge and actually enjoying exercise for the first time ever. I feel fitter and healthier than I’ve felt in a long time.”
“I’ve managed to lose 7kg since joining the program. Being in the right “headspace” to embrace a complete change of diet has been important but also finding the right exercise program. I do Aqua Aerobics 4-5 times a week and I’ve noticed better flexibility, co-ordination, balance, strength, fitness and weight loss.”
“I love the program, the email reminders and information keep me on track and those extra kilos at bay. Also a reminder that small changes to diet and even small weight losses can make a big difference to health and energy levels.
“The 2kg Challenge has made me more aware of my food choices and exercise. I’m planning my meals, exercising more and feeling better.”
“The 2kg Challenge quite literally saved my life.”
