Starting your health journey is easier with support. People who ask for help often do better than those who try alone. That’s why we’re excited to announce that as part of the 2kg Challenge, you can now ask a dietitian your questions every week!

What is a Dietitian?
A dietitian is an expert who knows how food affects your body. They can give you simple, helpful advice on how to eat better and take care of your health.

How Can a Dietitian Help You?
Dietitians can help with things like pre-diabetes, diabetes, and weight loss. They stay up to date with the latest research to help you make healthy food choices that fit your life.
