Join us at the Westpoint Wellness Expo!

You’re invited to the Wellness Expo at Westpoint Shopping Centre, Blacktown from July 2-5!

In the lead up to National Diabetes Week 2025, Western Sydney Diabetes is teaming up with Westpoint to bring you this free event. It’s a great chance to check your health and find out if you may be at risk of type 2 diabetes.

At the Expo, you can get a quick and easy blood test (called HbA1c) to check your average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months. This test can help show if you may be at risk of type 2 diabetes, or if you already have it.

» No fasting or preparation needed
» You’ll also get free health tips and easy-to-read information to take home

You may want to get tested if you:

• Have a family history of diabetes
• Don’t move much or sit a lot
• Are above a healthy weight
• Had diabetes during a pregnancy
• Come from a Pacific Island, Indian, African, Asian, South Asian, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background

There will be lots happening! Some Westpoint stores will also offer:

• Mini health chats
• Product demos
• Friendly advice from health experts
