People with pre-diabetes or diabetes have a higher risk of eye problems – but getting your eyes checked once a year can help protect your vision.

Eye problems can include:
- Diabetic Retinopathy
- Diabetic Macular Oedema
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
Watch out for warning signs like:

- Any sudden changes in eyesight
