We’re award winners – thanks to you!

We have some exciting news to share!   

Western Sydney Diabetes won Collaborative Team of the Year at the 2025 Western Sydney Local Health District Integrated and Community Health Awards. 

 And even better – the 2kg Challenge received a special mention!  

This award is about teamwork, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of all our amazing partners: Western Sydney Diabetes, Workers Lifestyle Group, the Western Sydney Primary Health Network, and Novo Nordisk – working together to make the 2kg Challenge possible.  

But most of all, this win is for you – our 2kg Challenge community.  

We now have over 750 members, and we’re still growing! Many of you have told your friends and family about the program, and that’s helped us reach more people. Thank you for spreading the word and being 2kg Champions!  

You’re making a difference – not just in your own health, but in your community too.
