This Peach, Raspberry & Chia Smoothie from The Greengrocer’s Diet is a perfect way to cool down and fuel your body. It’s simple to make, yummy, and packed with good things that help you feel great and keep you strong. Plus, it’s a smart choice that won’t cost you a lot!

What you need: 

  • 1 peach, sliced 
  • Half a punnet of raspberries

  • 1 cup of low-fat Greek yoghurt 
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 cup of ice 

How to make it: 

  1. Put everything in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
