+ Step 5: Become a 2kg Champion
This step is about celebrating progress and sharing the 2kg Challenge with others. It is a chance to tell family, friends, and doctors about the program and help more people take part and improve their health.
It is also a chance to share your story. Hearing from participants helps inspire others and grow the community. People can complete a short survey to share what worked well and what could be improved.
This step includes connecting on Facebook to share wins, find new ideas, and connect with others doing the challenge. Being part of the online community also provides updates on events, tips, and expert advice to support ongoing motivation and healthy habits.
It bring together people across Western Sydney who are working together to improve health and prevent diabetes.
