Looking for a fresh way to move, play, and reconnect with nature? Discover over 70 km of tracks and trails in Western Sydney Parklands, perfect for all ages and fitness levels. With 11 unique routes ranging from 30-minute loops to 4-hour hikes, there’s a path for every pace and purpose.

From family-friendly strolls around Bungarribee and Lizard Log to more challenging bushwalks like Moonrise Lookout and Sugarloaf Loop, all trails are graded using the Australian Walking Track Grading System to help you find your perfect route.  

This school holidays, step outside and make new memories in the great outdoors. Explore playgrounds, picnic spots, and wide-open spaces along the way.  

Want to try something different? 

Come along to the Parklands Trail Running Festival on the 28th of September at Lizard Log. There’s a run for everyone – 32km, 20km, 11km, or 6km – through the bush and parklands. 

Whether you’ve done trail running before or want to try something new, this is a great way to challenge yourself and enjoy the outdoors. All runners get a medal, snacks, giveaways, and a certificate to celebrate finishing.
