Did you know it’s Heart Week?
This week is a great reminder to take care of your heart and check in on your health.

Why it matters
If you have pre-diabetes or diabetes, your heart can be at higher risk.
But the good news is – there’s a lot you can do to protect your heart, and small steps really add up.
Simple ways to care for your heart

Keep your blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol in a healthy range

Eat more healthy foods like veggies, fruit and whole grains

Move your body every day – even a short walk helps

Work towards a healthy weight, 2kg at a time!

If you smoke, cutting down or quitting can make a big difference
